It doesn't always have to be caviar - many
other national and international dishes are at least
equally interesting. This is why we decided not to throw out
our well-established cuisine but to
garnish it with many innovations.
We predominantly offer small meals, from baguettes
to fingerfood to salads. Of course we always
present the seasonal highlights of the year: Asparagus, green
cabbage and everything else to
spoil the discerning palate. During open-air events for example
the finest from the charcoal grill.
